Came to look at a truck. Was told it was there. Drove 1 hour and truck was at other dealership. Rode with salesmen to other dealership and truck wouldn't start. Wasted my day More

I have already tried, and the finance department told me there was nothing he could do. He blew me off like I was stupid enough to believe that. I have asked who the warranty was through and I have received no response. I was told I was getting free oil changes for a year at no charge. I have a witness that I told the financial department I did not want the warranty. I have not spoken with him about this and I guarantee he will tell you how many times I told him I did not want it.. I had a positive experience alright, I am positive I am ticked off. I used to live in Crestwood and bought my previous truck from Perkins and. Had a 100% positive experience. I worked in Louisville and retired. I know a lot of people and I have no problem putting the word out about my experience if this is not cleared up. I was sent this review, I didn’t ask for it. I tried being nice about all of this but I don’t like being lied to. I left with an envelope taped shut thinking the sales contract was in it. Finance contract or anything else was in it but garbage.I have never in 50 years of buying vehicles have I not received copies of everything. I keep being told everything is mailed to me when I called about
