I just want to first start off and say that Coy Hamblin is one of the best sells mens I've ever had to deal with. Just early this month my car was totaled in a wreck, so it was extremely important for me is one of the best sells mens I've ever had to deal with. I had went to a few dealerships before this one, since I was in a rush and didn't really know what I wanted and sadly the other places where just there shoving cars down my throat. I finally gave up and looked at Cars.com to look as some used cars in my price range and saw a car that was offered at Glenn's I took a chance to test drive it, but sadly the car wasn't on the lot, but Coy did his best to find me cars still around that price rang for me. Tom White has been the representative with whom we have dealt. He has a great sense of humor, always remembers us and is a perfect gentleman. First of all Tom is a good listener - waiting to hear what we have to say and then speaking to our wishes and questions. He is knowledge about the various cars and thoroughly explains their attributes, differences and similarities. He is helpful in providing us all the information that might be helpful in our decision. His honesty is without question p providing helpful information - never just trying to make a sale. Finally , one of the things we most appreciate about Tom is that he is not "pushy" We came to see him about possibly makeing a trade about six months - asking for general information - but indicating we were not ready to make a final decision at that time. Tom answered our questions, thanked us for stopping in and said he would wait to hear from us. He did just that - we did not receive one phone call from Mr White trying to "push" the process.
