It was not a needed recall as my car didn't have the towing package. I spent 1.5 hours there just for a few pictures taken and verified. Our salesperson Brittanie was fantastic! But, had issues with incorrect information given to us by the sales manager and we felt pressured by finance person on alternate warranty products. The sales manager incorrectly said that Hyundai corporate policy would not allow us to claim Hyundai Circle Plan combined with incentive financing which made the cost of our vehicle higher than it should have been. There was also stronger pressure to purchase add-on products during closing than we have had at other dealers. More
