I previously owned BMW350, Audi 6, and CTS which I just traded in for G80. None of them seem to match in terms of smoothness of riding. Acceleration appears on a par with BMW and Audi. The instrumentation, of course, is way superior to all three cars that I owned in the past 10 plus years. Although I enjoyed driving CTS it has to be one level lower than any other cars including G80. My wife drives a Mercedes which I, however, paid extra $30k, but in my opinion is not much better in terms of riding comfort or acceleration (we can't drive faster than 80 mph anyway). I still struggle with the confusing and complicated instrumentation of Mercedes 4 years after I purchased it. On the other hand G80's instrumentation is rather intuitive and so easy to master, even without the help of the instruction booklet. More
