This is one of the first times that I've done scheduled maintenance at this location. Prior to this has been warranty related service. Helpful and sensible salesperson (John Normand) who provided guided assistance that both my wife and I very much appreciated during this sales process. We are now on our third generation of Genesis vehicles, and very nearly diverted away from Genesis due to unusual circumstances at a competing Genesis dealership. The sales manager at Glassman was direct and to the point and also helped us remain the Genesis fold by considering and explaining various financial incentives. The finance person was personable as well and we briefly met with the service manager. John also helped us setup the Genesis apps and electronics in this vehicle, which was very much appreciated. John detailed many of the features/adjustments in this car (more electronics than we have ever seen before with multiple options). All things considered, this was a very positive purchase, and we feel we now own another excellent Genesis vehicle, the Genesis GV70 3.5T Sport Prestige AWD. More
