Craig Holsman from Gurnee Ford was wonderful! Craig was able to accomplish meeting my ever need over the phone. I went into Gurnee Ford to test drive a Ford Escape but the color that was on the lot was not able to accomplish meeting my ever need over the phone. I went into Gurnee Ford to test drive a Ford Escape but the color that was on the lot was not the color for me so he looked into their inventory and found the color and features that I wanted at their Naperville location. The car was transferred to the Gurnee location with out a problem. When I went to pick up the car I had the pleasure of dealing with Errol and Rebecca who were also as wonderful as Craig.
