If I could of given 0 stars I would of! Wish I could give Wish I could give them zero stars! I have a RAV 4 and my Husband decided He was going to buy one because He enjoyed driving mine so much. So we went to the Toyota dealership on Hwy 64 in Bradenton FL. We were interested in a lease return... they don’t sell them so looking for a model about 3 years old. Only 5 RAV 4 on the lot. Daniel the salesman we were dealing with kept us waiting for hours trying to talk us into the cars they had on the lot! NO GO FOR US! Most of the interiors were cloth and we wanted leather. Daniel tried talking us into a third party installing leather to one of the cars on their lot . In fact he said 5 times after we said NO to the 3 party seat install! We told him we wanted FACTORY INSTALLED Leather he just wasn’t listening. Found a car ( I guess in the back) with the leather but it didn’t meet our expectations because it already had 2 owners and it was a 4 year old car. No thanks this kid did not understand we had a criteria in what we wanted in a used car. HE JUST WASN'T LISTENING! When I purchased my car in Minnesota my Salesman Jim Miller listened to everything we wanted in a car and when they didn’t have what I wanted on their lot He ordered me one ! Not try to push the inventory they had. And Bradenton the inventory was HORRIBLE! And said they don’t do lease returns only trade in vehicles. Very displeased and will NOT return to that dealership to purchase a car! Plus he kept us waiting for long lengths of time we almost walked out 2 times! This place is a WASTE OF TIME! Went to Peterson Toyota AWESOME service purchase a car and even though they are further away their IMPRESSIVE SERVICE will RETAIN us as customers for life! More

My sales associate, Kevin Ward, was extremely helpful and showed me the primary vehicle I came to see (and eventually bought), but also showed me and had me test drive other vehicles on my list to check out. Kevin worked tirelessly to meet my budget requirements. I’d highly recommend a visit to Gettel Toyota of Lakewood and ask for Kevin Ward. More
Always a great experience at Gettel Toyota I am always confident that I will get good service at Gettel. My only complaint is that they now charge $3 to use a charge card. Someone was not thinking when they put that policy into place. It makes you look cheap. A company that sells cars for thousands of dollars and who gets hundreds of dollars for most service has to charge $3 for there customers to use a charge card is not good business sense. More
