Air pressure problem I noticed after the low pressure warning light appeared the first time and I added some air to the tires, the light came on again a few days later. I called Gettel who invited me to go straight to their service facility on Route 64 and within 30 minutes they had found the cause - a screw in the middle of one tire - and had it patched and ready to go in another 30 minutes at what I thought was a very reasonable cost. WHAT A SURPRISE! I bought a new 2019 car about 4 months ago. Within a week, I knew I had made a mistake. The car had no storage spaces except for bottle holders in e I bought a new 2019 car about 4 months ago. Within a week, I knew I had made a mistake. The car had no storage spaces except for bottle holders in each of the front doors. It also had such a tight feel when I was in the driver's seat that I didn't feel like I had any room for my left foot. The screen was not user friendly and I thought we were stuck with a car that unfortunately, we had paid cash for. As a result of all this, we chose not to drive it very often and put only about 1,000 miles on it during the 4 months we owned it. Obviously, we felt we had made a big error in judgement in purchasing this vehicle. Having owned many Toyota cars that we loved, my wife and I decided to look and see what Toyota vehicles were available. We went to Gettel Toyota of Lakewood in Bradenton, Florida to check out their cars. I began speaking with Caryl Choon about my plight. I told her the RAV 4 was more car than we wanted and she directed us to the showroom and showed us the CHR. We went for a test drive and felt like this was definitely a car to consider. After a lot of communication about the car, Caryl called over Dan Lines who gave us more information about the car. Since we had no plan to purchase another vehicle, we were surprised to meet with people who did not "push" any purchase plan. After talking to each other, we decided to "give it a shot" and see what the dealership offered. Suffice it to say, we made a great deal and traded in the other car plus $6,000. and felt we had made a perfect purchase. We didn't have check books with us, so Caryl suggested we take the new car overnight with a dealer plate on it. We initialed a form that said we were using the dealer plate over night. With Caryl's blessing, we drove out that Friday night in the new CHR and continually talked about the "surprise" of finding it at the dealership we had originally only planned to go to in order to peruse the inventory. We were treated with respect and kindness during the entire experience. Caryl, especially, spent a lot of time letting us know the perks of the car and the prestige of the dealership. This was an amazing experience and each person we dealt with was professional and caring. This was a great surprise on a simple Friday evening. We're so glad we decided to stop by Gettle of Lakewood. We are very impressed with our new car and with the amazing staff at this dealership. Caryl is certainly a master salesperson and we are so happy we met her. More
