Communication was terrible. Several unanswered phone calls. Had no idea what was going on until after I showed up at the dealership. Got my car back with a brand new scratch on Several unanswered phone calls. Had no idea what was going on until after I showed up at the dealership. Got my car back with a brand new scratch on it. I was told they sent it to a detail center when the work was done. Got the car back with hard to remove water marks on the plastic trim pieces on the exterior, and the interior smelled terrible for days. Then the final bill went up around $3,000 from the estimate given with no warning or explanation (until we asked for one). The work done looks good, hence the 2 stars but pretty much everything else about the experience was terrible More
