Very impressed with Justin Prather answering all our questions and allowing us to take an extended test drive of more than one vehicle so we could compare them to see which suited our needs best. We were happy that they made the deal work for us right away instead of our original intent to buy in July. He also took the time to program the bluetooth & openers for us which was very helpful since we aren't very tech savy. Dan in financing did a fantastic job on getting the payments to work out when the computer was giving information that didn't correspond with the deal we had agreed to. Overall a fantastic experience and will be glad to recommend DeLuca and Justin to anyone in the market for a car. More

We found this to be another equally enjoyable. Then thinking, surely this must be some kind of a dream, we returned a third time just to make sure we weren't really in lala land. Then after the deal was completed, we found that indeed, this was the real thing. Have wanted a conventional Prius for years, went to look at the C to see if it would be viable option. It was too small, but Deluca had the exact car (model & color in a 2011 "leftover") that I lusted for at the C to see if it would be viable option. It was too small, but Deluca had the exact car (model & color in a 2011 "leftover") that I lusted for in stock in March 2012. Long and short, we bought it. Our salesman was Mike Jarmolock. He was easy going, and great to work with; no pressure at all, he got the sale. The entire staff was professional, but not stuffy. The after sale follow up was reasonable, without being overbearing. Have not had any issues to rate the service, therefore gave them a N/A on quality of work. This is our 2d car purchased from Deluca (husband bought a new Scion xB in 2006), so we are return customers. I rated the price "good" because these cars sell themselves and there is little negotiation. However, compared to the prices of the next closest dealer (Gainesville) the price was GREAT. More

My experience with Justin Prather at Deluca was absolutely wonderful. He bent over backward for me and made sure I was comfortable and okay with everything. When I first got to the dealership, I got somewhat of a run-around; I was passed off from salesman to salesman, because the person that I had initially spoken with on the phone wasn't in. That was somewhat frustrating, especially since I had drive from two hours away just to specifically purchase from this dealership. It sort of felt like my business wasn't important. We were approached by a salesman, though, who asked if we needed help, so we went with him (Justin Prather). He was very friendly and helpful, which made up for the initial bad experience. Justin was very helpful and really went to bat for us with getting the fair price that we wanted. Enoch Mikell was also quite helpful, though I did seem to have some communication issues with him after I had left the dealership. I had called and left a couple of messages, neither of which were returned. I only received a call from him (not a response to my initial phone calls) to ask about my credit union's information. When I called him back, I left a message on his cell phone, which I assumed he would return more promptly than his office phone. That was over two and a half weeks ago, and I still haven't received a response. That's something that was a little discouraging, as well. It would definitely be much better customer service to have even/especially the people in finance be as accessible as the salesman (Justin Prather) that had helped me. More
We can honestly say that this was the best car buying experience we've ever had. Honestly, from the moment we met Neil, both my husband and I knew that he was not the run of the mill car salesman, he was experience we've ever had. Honestly, from the moment we met Neil, both my husband and I knew that he was not the run of the mill car salesman, he was different. We appreciate the way he treated us always with the utmost respect, professionalism, honesty and consideration. Once we had selected our vehicle and returned from our test drive we prepared ourselves for the negotiating ordeal. To our surprise, Neil gathered some information and in a very short time returned to his desk with figures and financing options that fit comfortably within our budget. Honestly, we were expecting the worse and we prepared ourselves for the typical back and forth business. It never happened and we thank Neil and the friendly team of managers for making this a stress free purchase. My husband is a diabetic and desperately needed to eat, Neil brought us a menu from a neighboring restaurant and in less than 20 minutes we had a delicious meal brought to us at his desk. Yet another example of what made working with Neil and Deluca Toyota an absolute pleasure. I could go on and on but will just end by saying thank you Neil for coming to our home and saving us a return trip the next day. We drove off the Deluca Toyota property in our beautiful new vehicle satisfied beyond belief and we highly recommend Neil to all our friends and family.
