Highlander Update I wanted to update my 2007 Highlander Limited or actually wanted to look at a 2014 Highlander Limited model. I did not want to buy a 2014 this soon b I wanted to update my 2007 Highlander Limited or actually wanted to look at a 2014 Highlander Limited model. I did not want to buy a 2014 this soon but Steve McCoy made it easy to get a new 2014 Highlander Limited. He had the right Highlander I was looking for, the right color, the navigation option, etc., as well as the right price. I couldn't pass DeLuca Toyota's offer for this vehicle. Some other Toyota dealers could not get this vehicle with the options I wanted later in May or June or if I wanted set a special order, it would be later than that. More
High Pressure I came to Deluca Toyota because of a sales promotion that said " I had won a Toyota" Of course I had not, so we decided to Look at new Rav 4's. They I came to Deluca Toyota because of a sales promotion that said " I had won a Toyota" Of course I had not, so we decided to Look at new Rav 4's. They asked for the keys to my Honda Odyssey to give me a trade in price. The car was more than I wanted to spend (it was a cash sale) they then said they had a very good deal on a trade in of a 2013 Nissan Rogue, two salesmen started working on me. I did not like the Nissan from the moment I got into it. THe salesman said I would get used to it, I was only able to drive the car approximately 2 miles. I said three times that I didn't want the car. We were at the dealers for over 6 hours. We were hungry and wanted to leave. Even after I said I did not want the car the salesman snuck around the front of the showroom, took the plates off my Odyssey, etc, he then told me it was too late to change my mind. I told them I did not want to trade in the Odyssey, the two salesmen told me it would be too expensive for me to keep my Odyssey. I told them I just wanted to get out of there, they followed me and my husband outside and kept at us. I finally just gave in and bought the darn car. I have not been happy with it ever since. I went back to the dealer three times - each time because they called me and said "They wanted me to be happy" Well each time all they did was try to sell me a car for MORE money. We also tried to buy back our Odyssey, they now wanted twice the price they had given us. Then tried to sell me a 3 year old Odyssey with over 50,000 miles, trading my Nissan plus another $4400.00. Then when I wanted to buy a new Sienna which was advertised for a price I could afford, said that did not include all the extra's they had added etc. It was a totally basic stripped down van, that would have cost me another $7000. I just feel so totally ripped off! I am not happy with the Nissan but feel I have no choice but to drive it. I will never recommend Deluca to anyone. More

First Service appointment at 5000 miles I had several questions about the Prius V and its accessories, asked the personnel who met the vehicle for the first service. Asked several of them, t I had several questions about the Prius V and its accessories, asked the personnel who met the vehicle for the first service. Asked several of them, they showed no interest in responding, two of them hadn't the slightest idea. One of the questions was about the possibility of installing a compass rear mirror, the other about purpose of the mode buttons in the center console. The third person directed me to sales, who promptly suggested that I trade the vehicle in for a model that had the compass rear mirror. So much for customer service. The waiting room was not as good as a Doctor's office -herd in, herd out - though I do realize that a new center is being built. Compared to Phillips Service on 441, Deluca is a distant second. More

Impressed with DeLuca I went in to DeLuca Toyota to look at buying a new car. The salesman, Jerry Brigante, was non-pushy, knowledgeable, easy to get along with, and very I went in to DeLuca Toyota to look at buying a new car. The salesman, Jerry Brigante, was non-pushy, knowledgeable, easy to get along with, and very professional. Normally we don't purchase a vehicle the same day, but DeLuca Toyota made us such a good offer we couldn't refuse. I have taken the Toyota Venza (really like this car) back to be serviced, and they are so accomodating. It is a great place to do business. More
Dissatified customer I brought my 2013 Tacoma in for service. I asked the service writer to note that in the morning time when we back up the breaks have a squeal. The ser I brought my 2013 Tacoma in for service. I asked the service writer to note that in the morning time when we back up the breaks have a squeal. The service writer said that with the 10,000 mile service the breaks would be checked. While I was waiting I was out side and watched as the service was being performed, I witnessed that the tires were rotated but did not see the technician pull the hubs off to inspect the rear breaks. I went to the service writer and told her what I saw. She went to the service area and came back telling me that she would have it taken to the break area and have it looked at. when I was told that my vehicle was complete she said nothing was found, and that the squealing could be due to the rain we had been getting. I took the vehicle and when I got home I was looking at the paper work for service provided and noticed that they had also provided a reading for tire pressure. They even put down the pressure for the spare tire which I know that you have to lower the tire to actually add air or take the pressure reading. The tech never lowered the spare tire. So you tell me how am I to believe that the service that is suppose to be done is actually done. Joe Price. More
