Great Experience - Tim Koehler is awesome! We were a little hesitant coming onto the lot, but it was a wonderful experience overall. Tim walked us through the entire process and was willing to jump around the lot as much as we wanted. He had a very calm demeanor and was in no way pushy. We test drove a few different cars and after helping us weigh the pros and cons of each, we decided on a winner. Throughout all of the paperwork he took his time in explaining the purpose and necessity of everything. I could go on and on, but the short version is that he turned what should have been a stressful, never-ending day into a fun one. In and out in three hours with a beautiful car! More

It just keeps getting better. . . It was time for our 10,000 mile checkup. No problem. We made the appointment with a very courteous person in the service department, and arrived on the appointed day. In addition to our 10 K checkup, we mentioned a minor nuisance rattle. No problem. The checkup was done but the rattle would take a little more time. We were provided with a Toyota rental car (same year as ours) and we were called the next day when it was done. Such attentiveness and extra mile service. We are so impressed! O, yes. Since we had to wait for the initial service, they offered to drive us anywhere we wanted to go while we waited. Dinner at Carrabba's was wonderful. More
