Jesus was very good, I would give him a 5 star rating. I was not happy to hear that the lifetime oil change (platinum) was only good where I bought my Highlander in Oregon. Seems like any Toyota dealer s I was not happy to hear that the lifetime oil change (platinum) was only good where I bought my Highlander in Oregon. Seems like any Toyota dealer should honor that. I was then approached by Timothy Maxey about trading my 2021 Highlander in for a new RAV4; I have to rethink getting another Toyota product over the issue of the purchase of the Platinum level of service and not getting it at any Toyota dealership. People do move. More

Inside I had to clean a table & chairs to be able to sit, filthy! There was a group of about 7 sales men gathered at the front reception desk talking about how "buyers are liars" and other equally distastefu filthy! There was a group of about 7 sales men gathered at the front reception desk talking about how "buyers are liars" and other equally distasteful things. When I went to get coffee, there was a line of men from sales and parts who empied the coffee and left, rather than alert whomever was in charge to do that. I wandered about looking for someone to tell me how to get the coffee brewed. I eventually found that person. More

Adam Arredondo was amazing. Disappointed in the individual that broke our windshield and never said anything.
