Both sides of the dealership (collision and service) treated my insurance company better than they treated me. My vehicle had residual problems after the body work was done and it was very inconvenient treated my insurance company better than they treated me. My vehicle had residual problems after the body work was done and it was very inconvenient to be told to pick up my car, which didn't even make it out of the parking lot. Ultimately the body work does look nice and the mechanical issues were resolved. Service department attempted to charge me higher prices than they were going to charge my insurance company, shameful practice. More
