Jarrett is so warm and welcoming and doesn’t push to sell you a car. His approach is (to make sure you get what you actually need) made me feel like I was buying a car instead of being sold a car. My key-fob stopped working after about 8 months. I had the battery replaced with a new one. No change, the fob still did not work. I brought the key-fob into Gettel, and explained the matter. The technician took the fob from me, tried it, and saw it was not working. Next, he went to his office, and returned a few minutes later with my key-fob and he tried it. It worked. I asked what he did, and was told he replaced the battery. ???? I thanked him for fixing the problem and it was done so quickly. I was surprised the original battery stopped working so soon after I bought the new car. I was surprised that the brand new replacement battery I had installed did not fix the problem. Thank you Gettel for fixing the problem. This form came to me saying it was Mark Phillips that fixed the problem. I did not get the name of the technician who actually made the repair. From the pictures you provide below, I might guess that it was actually Lewis Mention, who made the key-fob start working again. More
We love going there and getting our car serviced there. We are always happy with the work done and they always take care of everything the car needs when we are there.
