An hour later she returns to say they done have the parts. They will have to reschedule. One recall is from Nov 20, 2025 . Apparently they used our parts on someone else’s vehicle. This is at least the 5th time we have had our new Santa Fe in for service. Gettel Doesn’t Get it! More

If I could give no stars, believe me I would. .. I took my car for regular maintenance to be done for the February date posted on my windshield... I guess I needed other items done to which no of .. I guess I needed other items done to which no of this was explained to me to include pricing in detail and to see if I could afford such items to be done... I was told to sign and initial, but that's what is done every time you go there... now it's my fault that I didn't question prices/charges and $700 later... go f yourself and pay it up!!!! Service has gone down quite a lot.. I guess that's too match their upgrade of the building and everything. I will not ever set foot in this place and Hyundai will no longer be a car I purchase... and I'm ready to get a new car in the next few months. Y'all suck and take no freaking responsibility for your Izzy's process of writing numbers on a paper and expecting the client to know what that entails. xxxxty procedure-the manager Roberto sucks! I made an appointment to have recall work performed. When I arrived for my appointment I was told the part has to be ordered. I was not informed about this at the time of making the appointment. If recall service is booked then the parts needed should be on hand or customer notified they have to be ordered first. I went to Brandon Hyundai,which is a lot closer, to have the service done and they told me parts have to be ordered and made an appointment a few weeks out for ordering time. I received a text within five days that the part was in and had service appointment changed and done that week. This was a second time trying Gettel Hyundai of Lakewood and had problems again. I was contacted by Jay Alexander and tried calling back and sent e-mails but no contact was made. More
