I bought new 2014 Grand Cherokee. When taking delivery my I bought new 2014 Grand Cherokee. When taking delivery my wife noticed a deep scratch on passenger door. Rob said it would be repaired by their Scra I bought new 2014 Grand Cherokee. When taking delivery my wife noticed a deep scratch on passenger door. Rob said it would be repaired by their Scratch expert. I took the car back twice and waited a couple of hours only to hear that the scratch expert could not repair the scratch, Now the car has to go back for the body shop to fix. I also found out after purchasing the car that there was 325 miles on it. Was told that was because car had to be transferred from another dealer. HUH? I also found out while washing the car a few days after purchase that the wheel wells and rocker molding were splashed with white paint. I thought that I might have ran across a recently painted white line on the road. My wife saw me in the garage spraying with black paint and asked me what I was doing? When I told her she said she saw that on the wheel wells when we took delivery and thought it was mud. I had enough and called General manager Tonya Blair. She said she was sorry and would have the salesman take the car back for body work. Overall this was not a good car buying experience. More
About a year after I purchased my new Jeep Commander, the paint on the fenders started to chip. I contacted Jeep who told me to take it back to Palm and have them look at it. Went to Palm to buy 2012 Chrysler Town & Country Limited. Worked with very nice salesman, Tom Doyle. When sales manager got involved every thing went SOUR. Third time to post. I brought my 2010 Car into the dealer and requested it be fixed. The car has been there 5 times for the same issue (window leak). The delaer has told me that they fixed the issue and yet and requested it be fixed. The car has been there 5 times for the same issue (window leak). The delaer has told me that they fixed the issue and yet it still leaks. Doing speeds of over 60 mph make the driver's door leak. This time I went there to meet a Tech sent in to look at the car. The tech told me to be there BEFORE 8:30AM and he was late! Then he took about 40 minutes talking to the Service Manager about the car. I asked the Service Rep to tell him to meet me first, he failed to do so. So, he came over to me and said he wanted to take the car out. the Service Manager me and him went to the Interstate. We went on the highway where he was speeding doing 90+ MPH over a bridge in Punta Gorda. He said to me on the way back that he heard nothing. We got back to the dealer and he said he was going to take the car out alone. He came back about 45 minutes after that and talked with the service manager. Bill then came out of the office with Dennis and said he found nothing wrong. I then asked him why the car has been back for 5 times to be fixed. The Service Manager just stood there and Bill said ;there is nothing we can do for your car. I took the key and started to walk out and said to Dennis that he failed to email me back when I asked him to and that he lacks professiona customer service skills. I would not recommend service at the place and I would stay clear of Dennis. I will NEVER go there again for service. More
the two of them were great and took care of issues I have had with my 2010 Dodge Challenger. I am very pleased with the responses and the quality of work. Overall experience.Terrible.I would not go back there and would not send anyone else there.The sales people hardly knew anything about the vehicles they were trying to sell,let alone the one we wanted and sp would not send anyone else there.The sales people hardly knew anything about the vehicles they were trying to sell,let alone the one we wanted and spoke so fast sometimes you couldnt understand them.And if you didnt buy a car that day from them,they got your number and literally called you everyday and sometimes called your work harrassing you.The sales manager was rude jerk and when we wanted to see if we could have them finance us(my wife and I) they approved my wife and not me.After that they acted as if I wasnt even there.Very rude and it pissed me off.How many other customers have they done this to? dont go to palm auto mall.
