The staff is professional and polite. Where I have an issue is that we were sold a Jeep Liberty with a safety violation as far as I am concerned. Come to find out the parking/emergency Where I have an issue is that we were sold a Jeep Liberty with a safety violation as far as I am concerned. Come to find out the parking/emergency brake is not functioning, if you put the vehicle in reverse or drive and pull the parking brake the vehicle still rolls. If I was told that at sale then I had a decision to buy or walk, but I feel that option was taken away. I was told that the parking brake is not part of your maintenance when the vehicle is looked over in preparation to sale. I am sorry to me this is safety issue that should not have been or ever be looked over, it might seem a big deal to most, but it called an emergency brake for a reason and I should not have to pay over $600.00 to have it fixed when it should be part of the original check up. I can’t express it enough SAFETY for your customers assurance that you have done everything with their best interest and security in mind. Wouldn’t you want the same for you and your family. Understand as is vehicle, but that never should be an issue coming from a big and popular dealership as yourself. To me it cheapens your credibility and word of mouth if powerful, along with media and posted surveys. More

Michael was amazing, took 7 hours from when I walked in till I left with my new car and Michael stayed with me the entire time to make sure my needs were met. The finance guy was also a huge help.
