Very disappointed in my 2022 Jeep Compass. 2600 miles and the rack and pinion needed to be replaced. Service noticed a grease leak and ordered a new part. Gettel dropped the ball on this one. Big time communication error on Gettel service dept. was told my Ram Diesel needed a recall on a high pressure fuel pump and an appointment was set Big time communication error on Gettel service dept. was told my Ram Diesel needed a recall on a high pressure fuel pump and an appointment was set. After bringing the vehicle in and waiting for about 45 minutes Found out that there is no recall at this time but in the future there will be one. What a cluster f- —k. 45 mile round trip and a waste of my time. Service schedulers need to be on top of there game. Up till this point I had been very happy with Gettel Service Dept. and all work done. More
