Car is great, not the experience While I like the car I purchased, I am disappointed in my experience with the dealership. Finance tried to charge me for add ons that had I not looked While I like the car I purchased, I am disappointed in my experience with the dealership. Finance tried to charge me for add ons that had I not looked at each line item I would have paid at least another $500. My car was not detailed properly at purchase and my trade in has yet to be paid off even though it has been well over 30 days since my purchase. I have not had much luck with Hatfield or Sonic Automotive as to why. I have only been told the check would be reissued. More
