I don't know where to start. I've bought two vehicles from Germain in the last 2 years. A brand new CRV in 2018 and just recently a used Truck. These guys rock! I've bought my cars both times using Michael Wilmoth and he is very professional! Never pushy it's honestly a breeze. And I never felt pressured or like he wasn't being totally 100% honest with me. I gotta say, GET THE TIRE/WHEEL Protection. I picked up a bolt in my tire on the way home (I literally drove my new truck for 10 minutes and got the bolt in the tire) and they fixed it! AND Germain jumped to help me faster than my insurance company! They sent a guy to my house to put the spare on for me and then they plugged the tire at the dealership. I wouldn't buy a car anywhere else. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Stephen Burden and Michael Wilmoth. These guys are truly exceptional. More
Slow service, not truthful, not repaired properly My vehicle was taken in for a faulty torque converter, a known problem for Honda, and 5 months out of warranty with only 86,500 miles. Upon fixing th My vehicle was taken in for a faulty torque converter, a known problem for Honda, and 5 months out of warranty with only 86,500 miles. Upon fixing the converter, was told the transmission had a crack where a bolt is located. I was told the transmission needed replaced, which the service technician said it would be covered by the dealership. I agreed. I was called back 2 hours later and told that he had “misspoke”, that the dealership would not cover the cost. After negotiating a price, I agreed to have the work done so to get my vehicle back. The repair took 5 weeks, at which at about 3 weeks in, I received this text from the service manager “Unfortunately we had installed the transmission they sent and it was the wrong transmission. They are sending us another one.” At this point in time, I lost complete faith that this dealership would repair my vehicle properly. After 5 weeks, my vehicle was finally ready. Upon driving it for a couple of miles, I could tell that the alignment was off and that the transmission was not working properly. I took it back the next day. It was there for another 4 weeks with no response as to what was still wrong with the vehicle, only that the delay was because they were waiting on parts. After involving Honda Customer Service, the vehicle was suddenly ready for pickup. I asked what repairs had been made and was told that the torque converter was not engaging properly so a software update was made. No parts had been replaced. On the invoice given, the only materials listed were transmission fluid and a washer, nut, and bolt. So, I contacted the service manager by text to ask what work had been performed. I was told that they had “replaced the rear camber kit for the suspension. Performed an alignment” and found nothing wrong with the transmission. Someone is not telling me the truth. I drove the vehicle for about 25 minutes on the highway and the engine felt like it was grinding. I was worried that I was going to break down. The dealership kept my vehicle for 9 weeks, charged me for “repairs” that made my vehicle worse, not better, and was not truthful to me during the process. I am out the cost of these “repairs” and left with a vehicle that does not drive properly. More
I recommend to see Ray because he has a great personality, and was absolutely awesome with my kids!! Although I was pre-approved through my personal bank, Jackie Green suggested that I allow her to seek other offers. She was able to quickly find a better percentage rate through a local bank, which I accepted. Alex High in the Service department extended excellent customer service and professionalism. More
