The people here were very friendly, but the service was subpar. I had my 100K maintenance done here ($950). My car was fine when I brought it in. They sent me home with an oil leak that was putting oil out subpar. I had my 100K maintenance done here ($950). My car was fine when I brought it in. They sent me home with an oil leak that was putting oil out all over the engine. It's never leaked before. I called about it and they said to drive it back in (45 minutes) and they would fix it. They did not ask me to check the oil level before driving which seems careless to me. I drove it in and was losing oil the whole time. They had put the new valve cover gasket on with a kink in it. They did not offer anything for my extra time and mess. They had also said that my brake pads need changed as soon as possible. I check them when I got home and they had lots of pad left and had not even reached the the pad wear indicator. This seems very much like a typical service oversell. They are very personable and friendly, but I would not trust them again to work on my car. More
