I am sure Germain Ford does a great job. We see a lot of vehicles driving around town from there. I do not disrepect your work. We just had two bad experiences over the past two years. We have been there looking at Ford Escapes twice. Last fall, we wanted to trade in a Saturn SL1, but the sales person was not willing to give us much of a tradein (even though we got $1000 more for it at Jim Keim a year later). He also didn't full advantage of my IBM discount at the time (Keim Ford did). This year, we drove up there and your inventory was sparse (maybe 4 or 5 Escapes and no Feistas). The sales person wasn't helpful in trying to get my business. Now, we have a good Ford dealer that we will continue to do business with.
