I went to Germain in February 2011 in hopes of a brand new vehicle. I called first and spoke with Ryan on the phone, I immediately new I was going to enjoy working with him. We had several questions and Lee never made us feel like we were being difficult or foolish, he checked into everything we asked about. I visited the dealership again when I was in the area (we live in north Dayton) to investigate future purchases because I like Germain's dealership more than the dealerships that we have left in the Dayton area. The price was right at what we considered correct and fair through our research as we looked for this vehicle (15-passenger E-350) for a few months to replace our older one. More
