I bought a Ford Fiesta, but I qualified for a much pricier vehicle, Ryan never once tried to push me in another direction working with me on finding the right vehicle, taking his day off to make a call to have it delivered and then following up with me. Also, at the time of pick up he made the process easy and ran me through the basics of the car. Great experience all around! More

I thought everything went fine until I paid the car off and had a prepayment penalty and Ron the finance told me there wasn't a prepayment penalty. They said they could not get me financed but went to Chey and got financed with Ally (formally known as GMAC)! We had a great experience here. We visited three different dealers over the weekend and they all wanted to play the negotiation game and did not look at my trade-in properly.
