Very empowering car buying experience! I was starting to look around for a new car, and knew exactly what I wanted: A 2014 Ford Focus Hatchback. I searched them online, put in a few e-quote I was starting to look around for a new car, and knew exactly what I wanted: A 2014 Ford Focus Hatchback. I searched them online, put in a few e-quote requests with a few CSRA dealerships, and was contacted by Rebekah LaBonte with Bobby Jones Ford. She asked a few questions about what I wanted, we made an appointment for the next day, and she told me she would send me a video of what they had available. I assumed I would get a stock video explaining different options, but I was pleasantly surprised to get a video from Rebekah of the Focus hatchbacks in stock! I was excited about my test drive the next day, and sure enough,everything went smoothly! Rebekah showed me around, and I was interested in two vehicles which quickly worked down to the one I wanted. Rebekah and Jared Gay worked WITH me, to get me the lowest price they could, on exactly what I wanted! I arrived at BJ Ford because a saleswoman was professional and courteous enough to pick me up. She escorted me to the auto shop where my car was being assessed with no hassle AND a smile. Customer service, professionalism, and a tenacious attitude to get me the best deal are the things that get me to do business at a car dealership and purchase a vehicle. The team at BJ Ford exhibited that. I was able to get a fair rate for my trade in, negotiate a good deal with fair payments and terms that I was comfortable with, settle the financing QUICKLY AND CONCISELY, and drive off with a vehicle that I liked. The sales woman noticed that I was less than pleased with my first choice and took the initiative to suggest another vehicle. Good sale, good business, good experience all around!
