Best experience ever! I recently purchased a 2015 Ford Expedition for my wife. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. There was one small issue with the vehicle that I didn't even notice (a scratch) that the manager pointed out and explained step by step how it would be addressed. I was so impressed with how I was treated and more importantly how courteous they were to my wife. This is the best experience I have ever had with any purchase. Paul Palermo and his team are true professionals and an asset to our community. Do yourself a favor and take your business to this dealership. I'm an ex Chevy owner that is glad I did. More
