Not consistent or truthful. I am never told the same thing twice when I take my car in for an oil change. On visit I need brakes, I ask pads or both pads and rotors and I was to I am never told the same thing twice when I take my car in for an oil change. On visit I need brakes, I ask pads or both pads and rotors and I was told both. I was confused because I didn’t have and issues that would lease me to believe I needed brakes. I asked about a squeaky sound in the back on driver said and that was never addressed. Months went by and never said anything else to me about the brakes. I took my car somewhere else and was told I didn’t need rotors but wouldn’t hurt to change the break pads. I went to a different Chevy dealership for an oil change and was told I was going to need tires in the future but I was good right now. That was the only time I went to another dealer but they also didn’t say I needed breaks. I came back to Matick and got a good report and I asked the person assisting me Tauren was he sure my tires were in good condition because the paperwork had all checked off green and he said that is what the technician said. I said ok because another deal told me I would need new tires soon. Had to take my car back the next day or 2 and was told I needed to new tires. My car was shaking and steering wheel shaking so hard I had to really hold it and this would happen whether I accelerated or didn’t. So how did I have good tires a day or two ago but now I need two new tires that cost me about $500 Told Tauren I needed a to be compensated for my inconvenience and he gave me only 20% I believe. I bought my car from Matick and have only had my car serviced at Matick except that one time. I am not sure I am going to continue to bring my business to Matick. This visit I was told I needed a flat tire repair and a filter replaced, I don’t believe anything that is told to me anymore. I agree to the work but I should feel like I am being told the truth and not being looked at as a dollar sign. Left this time and car is making a squeaky sound the whole time when I am driving, stopping, turning…wasn’t do that before this appointment. Couldn’t take the car back because I had and appointment for the car to be dropped off at Matick collision shop to get work done. More
