I purchased a Genesis GV60 from Darren Lazare & Fred Corea at Genesis of Brunswick back in March. For those who don't like reading long reviews, the short answer is that you should have no hesitation in Corea at Genesis of Brunswick back in March. For those who don't like reading long reviews, the short answer is that you should have no hesitation in purchasing a vehicle from Genesis of Brunswick. If you work with Darren & Fred, I'm confident you'll have a smooth sales experience, and if you use them for service (more on that later), you can have confidence they will do the right thing. I started my transaction over the phone and worked out nearly all the details with Darren through a call. I came into the dealership the next day and worked with Fred to close the deal. Everything was exactly as discussed on the phone, no surprises. Fred did a great job of expediting the close of the deal through the finance office and explaining all of the features of the car during idle periods in the purchase process. A few days after purchase, I decided I wanted to get the ceramic coating service done to my vehicle. I worked with Darren and Fred - the post-sale service was excellent. Fred actually met me at my job, picked up the car, drove it to the dealership and returned it to me at my office. Really great service from a luxury car dealer, not something I've experienced elsewhere. When the car was returned to me, the ceramic coating looked great, but unfortunately there was a small hiccup as the detailer damaged a couple of door pillars. Obviously that is not acceptable. The good news is that Darren 100% agreed and got me in touch with their service manager Chris Walsh. I brought the car in, Darren & Chris looked at it, ordered what was needed for the repair, and a few weeks later everything was back to being like new. Throughout the process they kept in touch and were accommodative of my scheduling needs. I'm sharing this because I think it is easy for a business to look good when nothing goes wrong. Better businesses distinguish themselves when things go wrong by providing excellent service and properly rectifying the situation, like Darren & Chris did on behalf of Genesis of Brunswick!
