Chris Negen in the service department has been awesome past few times even when Victoria was supposed to help but really didn’t seem to care. I bought my first Hyundai (2019 Elantra) 5 years ago, and my 2023 Santa Fe about a year ago. This dealership is the worst hyundai dealership around. If you have any new hyundai DO NOT BRING IT HERE. They told me “your car is so new and we havent seen any N-lines…so we wouldnt even know how to fix If you have any new hyundai DO NOT BRING IT HERE. I went in to get my bumper fixed due to the cheap plastic clips getting worn out over the couple months ive had my 2025 elantra N and they ended up saying they didnt have a solution. So they ended up pushing my hood down causing the front end to be all misaligned. They messed up my brand new vehicle and told me they didnt have a solution. Thanks Hyundai! More
I got a flat tire on my leased vehicle and this was by far the WORST service experience I've experienced. This will absolutely impact my decision if I decide to continue leasing with Hyundai in the future far the WORST service experience I've experienced. This will absolutely impact my decision if I decide to continue leasing with Hyundai in the future. I was left without a car for 4 days with no resolution!! That is completely unacceptable! They claimed they only get 18 loaner vehicles and all were out but they usually have 25 + people needing service/day. Corporate needs to add additional loaners bc in this day and age going without a car is not realistic! The communication from service was also horrible. They had a text only thread, you couldn't call this line. When I did call it took forever to get answers. There was no final text or confirmation that my car was ready. Extremely terrible communication and service! More
