I spoke with Four dealerships in Lexington and I was very disappointed in each of their follow up to the questions I had. From the first conversation I had with Michael, I knew this was going to be different. I explained to Michael, I didn't have a car and would need a ride to Gates Nissan which is thirty minutes from where I live. No problem, he confirmed the night before that he would pick us up at 8am the next day. Michael was there at 8am and it was smooth sailing. Michael listened to my daughter and I. We told him what I needed in my new Nissan? I'm a sales Rep for KY and WVA. My car is my second home. This was going to be my 10th Nissan purchase and it turned out to be the best of my life. From the first time I got in the drivers seat, I knew the 2017 Sentra was my car. It had everything I wanted and needed in a car and nothing I didn't. Michael explained everything about my new Sentra and even set my phone up for "hands free driving". Michael, was a professional from the first phone call and through the entire process.
