He explained the different features on the vehicles (cars & crossovers/suvs) and I was able to decide on a Rogue. I was used to driving a bigger suv (Tahoe) but wanted/needed something smaller & cheaper on gas. Very pleased w/ my decision and appreciate all the help Michael provided. More

Very pleased with service department at Gates Nissan I was met by Kathy upon arrival. She knew me by name and knew want service I needed for my Rogue. Pam kept me informed of the progress of the servic I was met by Kathy upon arrival. She knew me by name and knew want service I needed for my Rogue. That being said my car was ready in a timely manner. I will definitely return. Kathy is always helpful when I call related to maintenance issues when traveling. Kathy and Pam have my vehicle in and out in a timely manner, which is a big plus, thanks to the technicians. One thing I saw at my last service is that everyone did not know the terms of my free oil changes up to 75000 miles. Kathy was on the phone trying to get it figured out tho, hopefully she did. More
