Looked all over New York and Vermont for the car that served my needs and was an eye catcher. Small items of concerns on car (very minor) and made appointment to pick up. Took 15 minutes and car was perfect and even full of gas. Tom made this transaction very enjoyable and no pressure to up sell me on anything. Very satisfied and well worth the hours on the road.
