We looked all day long for used vehicle that met my needs and no other business went the distance that Brian did at Garvey. I was getting ready to end a lease with a different dealer and wanted to check out the Tuscon. I was interested in a small SUV for my next vehicle. They did not have the exact vehicle I was looking for on there lot, but it did not take them long to get it. Which was fine. I was planning on waiting a week or two, but it was just a day or two and Brad called and said they had the vehicle there and was ready for pickup. That is what I call Efficient!! My salesman was new and went out of his way to make me feel welcome and to try and help me with all my questions. If he didn't know the answer he had found the information within 5 minutes, which I found extremely refreshing instead of giving me the run around and stalling. I appreciate salesmen being upfront and honest with me. As for the rest of the gang at Garvey Hyundai...great people to deal with, you are family as soon as you walk in the door. They are very helpful and continue to follow up with you well after you leave with your new car. With I might add a good finance rate and a tour of their facility to meet everyone who works there. You just can't beat the feeling of them wanting to please you. My next car will be from Garvey Hundai in 5 yrs, 10, whatever I found a home. More
