I went to this dealer with my son who has no credit and me with not the greatest. They brought a car from 12,999 to an amazing 8,500 to help out some people they barley know. The sales team is awesome! Kris carver is very professional and has a lot of knowledge about the vehicles he is selling! We were very pleased with him and chuck in financial. We were not pleased with the service dept. the service department definantly needs new management that cares if things get done and done right! My vehicle was suppose to be detailed and still had dog hair in it?? Why cause the salesperson had to do it!! Management definantly needs to pay attention to what’s not getting done in service! Everyone I have talk to about Garvey has the same complaint!! Sales are great! Service sucks More
