There aren’t too many dealerships that you can say have no weaknesses or have areas that need improvement. My only suggestion would be that all electric cars brought in should charge fully before they are added to the inventory seeing as how there are a few days needed to obtain a charger and setup the Honda Link App and depending on where the customer is located and their work schedule it may be a challenge to find a way to charge and make their way back. There should be a small inventory of charging equipment that is part of an incentive package or available for purchase same day. More

Beyond his great communication skills and friendliness, he was knowledgeable and let me know of a recall for my car th and got matched with Alexis Q.
