The sales team was great! Provided a very fair price for the car. The finance team is where you have to be aware. The finance team tried to skip passed the details of the price, just saying what the monthly payment would be. As I insisted on the details, I discovered that they added a large loan origination fee, which changed the effective interest rate from .9% to over 10%, claiming it was in the fine print on the website. This is false advertising and deceptive. I ended up converting it into a maintenance package, but I was not happy. I have financed cars in the past and never paid an origination fee. More

Stay away at all costs, unscrupulous business practices by finance and management personnel. Was given good price but when went to finance they added $1995 to price, when questioned was told it is a bank c by finance and management personnel. I WAS TOLD THAT A CHECK WAS SENT TO FINANCE COMPANY , WHEN I CALLED MAZDAFINANCIAL WAS TOLD THAT THEY DID NOT GET CHECK!!! AND IT TAKES OVER 30 DAYS TO HIT MY ACCOUNT, IN TODAYS WORLD OF TECH , OVER 30 DAYS FOR A CHECK TO CLEAR, WHAT ARE WE IN THE 18TH CENTURY?
