This place is a horror show. Bought a new car through them for my wife. From day 1 the Fobs were terrible. No good remote way to start your car. Fast forward to last week. My 14 Bought a new car through them for my wife. From day 1 the Fobs were terrible. No good remote way to start your car. Fast forward to last week. My 14 year old leaves keys in car as my wife shuts the door. No problem right? Wrong. The fob doesnt work. So my 18 month old is stuck in the car. Ok my wife logs into the paid for app. It doesnt work. She calls my 5 miles away. I bring second fob it doesnt work. Now my baby is in the car for 15 minutes hysterical in moderate heat. So i break the window. Cut my arm open and get my daughter out. The baby seat is soaked with her sweat and the glass is everywhere. Next day i call the dealer. Leave a message with reception no return call. The day after that I call again no return call! One more try and no call from management. What kind of low life people dont call back in this situation. Trust me find a better dealership. These people are the worst. More

ABSOLUTELY terrible DO not waste your time going there! I drove all the way over there after NUMEROUS times telling them if it weren't available please let me know. I re engaged AGAIN before I drove there to confirm the test drive I was told it was good to go. I drove all the way there to be told the car was SOLD! This is TERRIBLE business practices and people should AVOID a dishonest dealership like Garden City(Hempstead really) Mazda! More

had a great experience having service on my CX5 at this place yesterday. Stephanie the service advisor was super and Pepsi on first phone call was very nice for sure.
