great guys I had been looking for a used Challenger for about a year. I was looking on dealership sites. When I found this car. I wanted to see if it was still a I had been looking for a used Challenger for about a year. I was looking on dealership sites. When I found this car. I wanted to see if it was still available. It was 5:30 pm. But on Garbers site they have live chat. I had a response right away. Set up an appointment for the next day. I was amazed at the level of care of the employees. The next day they had the car ready to test drive. No waiting. Set up everything for the purchase with my bank and had the car the same day. I worked with Hunter. Great guy. He really makes you comfortable with the whole process. The team at Garber Saginaw is a step above the rest. I now know where I will go first the next time I'm looking for a vehicle. Fantastic Experience....Thanks to Robert Lyvere and Team On August 31st, I brought a family friend to the dealership to trade-in her old car for a pre-owned vehicle. I contacted Robert Lyvere ahead of time t On August 31st, I brought a family friend to the dealership to trade-in her old car for a pre-owned vehicle. I contacted Robert Lyvere ahead of time to help scope options and get paperwork going as the purchase was a bit complicated. Robert enthusiastically accepted the challenge, identifying a number of possibilities and sending paperwork ahead of time for completion. On the day we arrived, he spent the majority of his time with us, ensuring the car she selected was in tip-top shape. He worked tirelessly on getting the completed paperwork approved and through the system. During this time (which ended up being about 5 hours total), Robert demonstrated the utmost professionalism and patience (as I said, the situation was complicated). His entire team was fantastic to work with and at the end of the day, she left with a terrific car that met her needs. Kudos to Robert and everyone at Garber for making this experience an exceptional one! I would highly recommend Robert and Garber to anyone looking for new or pre-owned vehicles! More
