I felt that it was very unprofessional of him to contact me when I was working with someone else, and pester me multiple times about giving the title of my previous vehicle to him— the title was held by the credit union as usual until the loan pay off was complete. His disruption of my work day and life was stressful leading me to think I had done something wrong, which in speaking with the loan officer at the credit union, I found that he, in fact, was in error for not taking the initiative to contact them and ensure the pay off was complete, so as to secure the title. I spent days and hours unnecessarily on the phone and in line at the Secretary of State for something that he should have been handling himself. Garber Bay Rd dealership was fantastic however. I had a great experience with Brandi and with the financing consultant, whose name I can’t recall. The transaction was quick and painless at the dealership. But the annoying pressuring contact from and random other agent was really poor etiquette. . More
