I bought a 2007 ford edge I drove it home and the next day it broke on me. Took it back to galpin Honda and it has been in service since then I spoke with George sales manager and Ed general sales manage day it broke on me. It dosen't make sence we all think that buyer a car should be a happy experience well my was and still is a nightmare I hope someone with a heart read this and will tried to help me since I'm so frustrated . One day galpin Honda will realize that selling a car is not just about making money and screwing pleople . Is about making a customer happy and getting referrals . We had an awesome experience at Galpin Honda. Our salesperson Katie made it tremendously easy. Hondas are the most reliable vehicles out there, so the car sold itself. This Civic was a birthday surprise for my 17 year old son and Katie (along with the rest of the staff!) played along with the elaborate practical joke we concocted to trick him. It was a memorable day, one my son will remember forever, and I can’t thank Galpin enough. The quote was better than most other internet quotes for the car we wanted, so we interacted via telephone with the internet salesperson, Kylee, and eventually went to the dealership in person. Kylee--the person who handled the internet quote--met us and introduced us to Fay Aminian who handled the rest of the deal. Everyone we interacted with at Galpin Honda was warm, professional, polished, courteous, and helpful. Our deal turned out to be quite complicated for a variety of reasons, and the negotiations spanned several days. Throughout the negotiations, however, Fay, and the rest of the Galpin staff with whom we interacted worked so very hard and did everything possible to close a deal for us at a price that was very competitive and for a car that was perfect for us. Fay, Vicky, Kylee, and Ed were hard-working, fair, reasonable, and honest throughout the negotiations and deal transaction.
