Two words: HIGHLY SATISFIED. I came into Galpin Honda looking to make an immediate purchase, due to the fact of being involved in a bad accident and having my car be totally demolished. As I arrived, Armen Bandari was there to greet me at the door and was very courteous with his warm welcome as it was my first time at that specific dealership. His demeanor and act of conduct exemplified professionalism to the highest degree and made me feel very comfortable and did not pressure me into making any decisions throughout the whole process from beginning to end. He was very knowledgeable with knowing information about all of the products being offered and he knew all of the differentiations between each car models and what would best suit my individual wants and needs. In the end, he helped me find what I was looking for which was the car I actually came in for. I left the dealership as a highly satisfied customer and will definitely come back again for future purchases! Although the color we wanted on the second vehicle was sold out and hard to find in the Los Angeles area, Fay and sales manager, Sean Harrison, located it and delivered it when promised. Fay kept in constant contact with me updating me on the progress. She kept her word and didn't make any false promises on price, services or delivery. There were no hidden surprises when we signed the paperwork. The whole process was very pleasant from start to finish. The finance managers, Steve Omar and Dave Godina, were pleasant to deal with, too. They did not try to hard sell us on additional warranties or products. They were prompt, professional and thorough. The Galpin facility is modern, clean and welcoming. The sales area is comfortable. They have free wi-fi, a video game room for kids, and a Starbucks inside the waiting area. I must say, this was by far the best car buying experience I've ever encountered. I highly recommend Galpin Honda to anyone shopping for a car. More

In the end, Matt sold my son a Hodna Civic and my son and I have found the best dealership in LA.
