my wife and I were looking to trade in her 2007 car for a newer use car because of our sub par credit score. we started at the dealer where we had bought five new cars from, only to be declined. The dealer was not unable to offer enough on trade in. the following evening we drove by galpin and stopped to look at the used inventory. we were greeted by Brooklyn, who was friendly and very customer centric. Brooklyn showed us a couple used cars. I explained our dilemma about trade in and credit. To my surprise he asked if we we interested in a new car. Long story short, Brooklyn got our trade in paid off and and we were able to leave the dealership with a brand new car. The best part, the rate we received was just under 4%. We were given a great deal at a great rate and Brooklyn worked his behind off to make it happen. I went from buying five new Toyota's to purchasing my first Honda and I plan on going back to purchase my second carvfrom them in the near future. I was greeted by a staff member right away who wasnt pushy he asked if I had an appointment, I then of coursed asked where the bathroom was since I had a long drive out. This was absolutely the best car buying experience I have had. I do plan on returning for all my future vehicles.
