As a woman, I HATE going into car dealerships. So, when I walked into Galpin and was blinded by the brightness of the atmosphere, I thought I was going to experience the same ‘ol intimidation and scam tacti walked into Galpin and was blinded by the brightness of the atmosphere, I thought I was going to experience the same ‘ol intimidation and scam tactics. Instead, Armen Bandari treated me like a friend. He never exposed me to any of the negatives of the negotiation process. He didn’t give me ultimatums. He didn’t pressure me at all. He listened to what I wanted, and tried to deliver that to me. He took care of me through the entire process – until 11:30pm! Even after that, he drove my car to my house for me. EVEN MORE, he met me at a dealer the next morning where I had contracted a car on a seven-day trial, so that I could return it without pressure. He followed me home in my OLD car to make sure that I was safe. I didn’t feel scammed, I paid a fair price for the car that I got, and I felt like I was entering into a family that wouldn’t let me down in the future. I would definitely buy a car from Galpin again. It would be the first place I would go. And I would definitely call Armen to let him know I was coming to see him! More
