WE RECEIVED AN EMAIL NOTIFICATION FROM CARS.COM INDICATING FURY MOTORS IN STILLWATER, MINNESOTA APPEARED TO HAVE WHAT WE WANTED. I CALLED AND ASKED FOR THE SALES DEPT. AND WAS CONNECTED TO BRAD WHEELER. AFTER SEVERAL PLEASANT PHONE CONVERSATIONS AND UPON CONFIRMATION THE CAR WAS WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR, WE DROVE FROM KC TO STILLWATER ON MONDAY TO PURCHASE THE CAR. Above and Beyond! I have been to other dealerships and the staff there seems indifferent or just wanted to make a sale it was very off putting. As I left one dealership I have been to other dealerships and the staff there seems indifferent or just wanted to make a sale it was very off putting. As I left one dealership disappointed by their customer service I saw Fury Motors Stillwater and thought I'd give them a shot. Right as I walked into the door I was greeted by a very positive and upbeat woman. I told I was interested in looking at used cars. She called over one of the sales women. That is when I met Chase Shanahan. She was friendly and nice. I explained my situation to Chase and Chase told me what my options were up front. I thought that was great. I didn't feel like I was being pressured into anything. Chase told me that she was going to work with the finance guy and let me know. Chase called me a week later and told that they had something in the works. When I showed up they gave me several options of vehicles in my budget. Chase and the finance guy worked really hard to get me the vehicle I wanted, but the bank didn't like the high mileage on it. Chase showed me a bright blue 2015 Chrysler 200 and I thought that car looked cool. The Chrysler had really low mileage on it so I was hopeful. The finance guy pressed the bank and got the Chrysler within my monthly price range. Overall I am extremely satisfied with there amazing customer service and the friendly atmosphere. I would recommend Fury Motors Stillwater to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. More
