Had an online appointment for Monday, November 27 with Davis Pham. I arrived at 4:53 pm and pulled into the drive thru area. No one came to me until almost 30 minutes later, at 5:20pm despite many walking Davis Pham. I arrived at 4:53 pm and pulled into the drive thru area. No one came to me until almost 30 minutes later, at 5:20pm despite many walking right by me with no eye contact. Gaven came out and I told him I had an appointment with Davis. He informed me he left at 5pm. Poor service by Davis! I was there on time for my appointment and while I was there waiting for him he left me sitting there and went home. I find this deplorable. Was a blessing though, because Gaven was amazing and he saved the day. More

Davis was great and very helpful. I was supposed to meet Bryce but he was out sick. I was told a guy named Jamie was covering his appointments but I gave up on him after 20 minutes of I was supposed to meet Bryce but he was out sick.
