Horrible service. Had to take it twice to get it fixed properly. Black stains on door panels and seats from repair guys not watching where they keep their hands. Absolutely no acknowledgement from any service guys, no greeting, no approach to see why I'm there while I'm sitting in my vehicle AND outside my vehicle waiting for assistance. Assistant manager from service being lazy and not wanting to get up out of his seat or phone to help. Instead, referred me to another advisor who wasn't even in his office. The great "american" way where everyone wants to get overpaid but don't want to work at all. I get better help from the janitor at the dealership than the sales or service staff. More

Everyone at Frisco Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram is fantastic. They always address any issues I am having and go out of their way to make my experience great. Brice(Service Advisor) is always quick to fantastic. They always address any issues I am having and go out of their way to make my experience great. Brice(Service Advisor) is always quick to greet me and takes the additional time to get to know me and not just my truck. Brice has been my go-to since purchasing my truck. Tyler (GM) was quick in responding to my concerns with Stellantis and assisted me in making the right connections to get things right with a very defective truck from the manufacturer. Robert (Service Director) stepped in and helped as well after I spoke with Tyler. Robert took the additional time to review my numerous problems to ensure things were made right. My only wish is that Ram (Stellantis) had a quarter of the customer service, attention to detail, and desire to do the right thing as Frisco CDJR. More
