Stranded on the weekend. I was off to vacation with my family on a early Saturday morning my older truck left us stranded four hours from any dealer. We looked on line to find a selection of trucks and Friendly Ford had the best to choose from we called soon as they opened and picked out a truck we needed for the job. The manager sent a salesman to pick me up and bring me back to Las Vegas that was four hours away. When I got there it was close to closing time but they had everything ready for me the manager had a hitch installed in my new truck and the paperwork was ready to go. From when I got to the dealer and left to head back to my family with my new truck I was only there for less than 30 min. They are so helpful in this new perches I am very thankful to them. More

Hours of negotiation, the "I can't answer that, I'll get the manager" syndrome...ALL of it. But with Jacob Linnell at Friendly Ford, we felt comfortable, enjoyed the experience and were well taken care of. Jacob was professional, down to earth, helpful and positive, the type of guy you LIKE dealing with, not one of those pushy and annoying types. He helped us select just the right, brand new Ford F-150 truck. When he needed the manager, he brought Ramon to meet us, instead of leaving us sitting there as if they were plotting against us and we respected that. We would not only highly recommend him, we will when our family moves here from California. We will tell them to go nowhere else and to ask only for Jacob.
