I normally would not take the time to leave a negative review, but unfortunately, I was somewhat underwhelmed by the service I received this time regarding my 2025 GMC Sierra. I first contacted the servi review, but unfortunately, I was somewhat underwhelmed by the service I received this time regarding my 2025 GMC Sierra. I first contacted the service department after receiving a warning that my transmission needed service. Needless to say, it was frustrating to see a transmission-related warning on a 2025 truck with less than 20,000 miles. When I called, I was told they would need to keep the truck for “a few days” to properly diagnose the issue. While that was not ideal, I understood that the issue needed to be addressed and made an appointment. Ultimately, my truck was at the service center for 10 business days—14 days in total. I was informed on the fifth day that a part was needed and had to be ordered. The following day, I was told the part had not yet arrived and that it was expected at the beginning of the following week. After following up myself, I learned on Tuesday that the part had arrived late and that it would be installed the following day. Communication was also a bit challenging. With the new automated phone system, it took approximately five minutes just to reach a person. The AI-assisted system repeatedly routed me back through the automated prompts, even when I needed assistance that the system could not provide. When I finally picked up my truck yesterday afternoon, I was disappointed to find that it was quite dirty from sitting outside for the duration of the service. I remember a time when part of good customer service meant returning a customer's vehicle clean after an extended service visit. While I realize cleaning the vehicle may not be part of the repair itself, it would have been a nice finishing touch and would have made a difference in the overall experience. I understand that service departments can be busy and that parts availability and staffing are sometimes outside of their control. However, having a relatively new vehicle experience a transmission issue and then having it remain at the service center for two weeks was already frustrating. The overall experience, including the length of time, communication difficulties, and condition of the vehicle when returned, left me disappointed. I am hopeful this was an isolated experience and that future service visits will be smoother. I appreciate the work that was ultimately done to address the issue, but I also hope the service experience can improve moving forward. More
I purchased a new truck in 2025. It had water damage on the roof. Took it back to have the damage fixed took 6 hours. The damage was not fixed and had to take it back again same results. Ended up having the manager pay for an independent detailer to resolve the issue which was finally fixed. 1 year later I brought the truck in for an oil change and to have warranty pictures taken for some rust in the bed of the truck. This took 4 hours and when they brought the truck out there was water spots and sticky residue all over the outside of the truck. Extremely frustrating and the only reason I returned is because I had to go through the original dealership for warranty work. More
