Service manager and general manager I took my car in for a recall when I got it back someone had spilled something on the floor mat by the driver seat, I went to the service department I took my car in for a recall when I got it back someone had spilled something on the floor mat by the driver seat, I went to the service department talked to the service manager he basically called me a liar and said it didn’t happen here, I then said a few choices words to him and went to see the general manager, he sided with the service manager saying that it happen there. I know for a fact it did happen there. The general manager also told me that no one in the service department would retaliate against me in the future when I bring my car back in for service. Well now I’m kinda scared to take my car back to this dealership for anything. What the general manager should have said was I’m sorry this happened and it will never happen again, and that would have been the end of it. Really poor management at the powell dealership. More

I stopped to look at it one day, talked to Dave for a bit, and went on my way with no pressure, just a nice conversation about the truck and a business card. Took a day to mull it over, and decided to head back in for a test drive. I took it home for a few hours, and after convincing myself to stop being so thrifty (I was still driving my high school car 11 years later), decided to go back in and go for it! From financing options to paperwork to driving it away, the process was a breeze, and David and Dianna were awesome, even as I turned down all the extra services and protection packages ;) I can't recommend Fremont, and David, enough. There's a reason this dealership does a ton of business even in the shadow of the huge dealerships within a few hours drive. More
